Ordinary for the many commuters that ride this ferry to Seattle everyday. (maybe not that blue sky)
I got a sort of cheap polarizer finally and like it.

I grew up on Staten Island, so ferries have a special place in my heart. It feels good just to look at this photo–I can imagine being standing there with the wind in my hair.

Looks like you did have an extraordinary weather day for your ordinary commute. I always like being on the car deck at night when you come in to Colman Dock. It plays out like a giant movie screen.

Great shot! Or should I say, Great Scott! :-D Polarize did a terrific job bluing up the sky. Wonderful skyline.
