I do like your lensbaby image, but I have never on the salmon. I guess down here, we might rent a big catfish.

For what purpose would you want to rent a chum salmon? If you’re not Steven or Bill, I mean. 😉

Great shot. I confess to being a little stumped on why anyone might want to rent the fish though . . .?!?

It looks like he is ready to fly off into the water.

The blur makes me think of the filmstrip (remember those?) we watched in elementary school on the migration of the salmon. It’s a really neat shot, Ellen, and the sweet spot is just right…

Oh my goodness- what a concept! Rent-a-salmon!

very well done, fine sharpening and blur give the impression of a moving or “jumping” salmon

Was this the fish we played with in a long-past EZ Challenge? I like the LB effect on this one!

The angle and blur make this fish seem very predatory and scary!

The lensbaby makes it look like it’s a flying fish–and none too happy about where it’s going!

Looks like you put the lensbaby sweet spot right where you wanted it! Nicely done!

Like the effect you got with your Lensbaby. Nice rental prices on FIN also!

I would rather ride than eat a chum. Another fun one, Ellen.

Much better with the “baby”….looks like it’s in motion!
January 5, 2011 at 6:35 pm
Ha. Great shot! When you drive by does it sing “Take Me to the River”?

I think I would stay away from this salmon…it looks like he is fast and hungry (with that mouth wide open)….a fabulous lensbaby effect
