Well Ellen, this is one of those photos that I wish were mine! Fabulous wood, textured but also appears almost silky and flowing; the blue background of many textures is wonderful and sets off the neutral wood so beautifully. So serene…. definitely a keeper this one!

Perfect title for this image. The driftwood on the beaches in your area is amazing. I wonder how come more boats don’t hit it, before it washes up on the beach.

What a great tangle of texture. The smooth rounded rocks in the background make one notice the gnarly character of the wood all the more.
